Ghanaian Hiplife Artist Okyeame Kwame is ready to launch a mind blowing print style pyjamas collection, thereby adding to a number of celebrities such as John Dumelo, Sarkodie, Mugeez of R2Bees, D-Black and Confidence Hagan who have successfully launched their own clothing lines.
In a recent tweet, the music icon posted a picture of himself and revered kids, Sir Bota and Sante wearing African print styled pyjamas with the caption: “Reading with your children creates everlasting bond and inseparable friendship”.
When asked about his choice of pyjamas for the photoshoot, he said it’s a project he’s embarking on. He went on to say that the new collection of pyjamas is called “OK Impressions” designed with an African touch, as part of his bid to promote made in Ghana culture and tourism through art.
OK Impressions is in line with Okyeame’s made in Ghana project which actually comes with 10 track album that features 10 artists from the 10 regions of Ghana.
Over the years, Okyeame Kwame has portrayed his fashion enthusiasm by wearing authentic African designs, with his new collection up for grab, it’s just a way of adding meaning to what he has always been doing to promote “wear made in Ghana” which is already given a boost, backed and supported by Ghana’s President, His Excellency Nana Akufo Addo.
