Ghana’s established designer, Abrantie the Gentleman honored a special invitation to give a resounding lecture at Kings College, London. Amongst other things he shared include the history of prints, it’s origin and the journey with his eponymous brand.
He noted with confidence, “it was such an amazing session sharing and contributing knowledge with scholars, fellow researchers and all friends and colleagues who joined us”. Abrantie as he’s affectionately called dialogued with stakeholders about textiles, patterns, elements of African print designing and garment production.
Most recently, he unveiled the African luxurious “earthical tones” collection with print fabrics from authentic Ghanaian Textile Prints fashion (GTP fashion) on the runway of Wear Ghana Festival (fashion show) held at the National Theatre, Accra.
