Ghanaian-Nigerian international model, Victoria Michaels has been named among the top 50 young CEOs in Ghana, by Avance Media. The She Boss Tribe, which is a community of thriving She Bosses for a positive change, featured her in a breathtaking editorial that highlighted on her best features, inspirational achievements and quick guides to the youth amid the Coronavirus outbreak.
According to the editorial “she inspires the youth amid the COVID-19 Pandemic, on the importance of planning for the future, she was quoted as saying “the future of job creation is in the hands of young entrepreneurs”. As a model, entrepreneur and a humanitarian, she represents a true definition of the She Boss Tribe.
The top model continued succinctly, “Global youth unemployment is on the rise again, because of the global pandemic which is ravaging the world today, and young people are likely to be disproportionately affected by the economic fall out from COVID-19. As a result, they are far more pessimistic about their employment prospects and believe that they are likely to lose their jobs soon”.
Victoria did well to talk about the challenges facing the youth because of the global pandemic and tried as much as possible to suggest a way to overcome it, ” she carried on; improving employment opportunities for young people requires a broad and concerted effort from all stakeholders. The collaborations between communities, academia, businesses and governments can drive young minds to innovate in a way that influences all key economic drivers in measurable and sustainable ways”, she remarked.
